By using Sudoku AI you agree to the points below. They're short on purpose. If something here doesn't sit right with you, the simplest answer is to not use the site.
Using the site
Play as much as you like — it's free, and you don't need an account. Please don't try to break things: no hammering the API with automated scripts, no attempts to disrupt the service for other people, and nothing illegal. Ordinary human play is exactly what this is built for.
About the puzzles and the AI tutor
Puzzles are generated to have a single valid solution, and hints are checked against that solution. The AI tutor, though, is a language model — it's genuinely useful for learning, but it can phrase things awkwardly or, occasionally, get a detail wrong. Treat its explanations as a helpful teacher, not gospel. When a hint and the tutor seem to disagree, trust the logic of the board.
Content and ownership
The articles, design, and code here are mine unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to read, learn, and link to pages. Please don't republish the written guides wholesale as your own.
Third-party services
The site leans on a few outside services — DeepSeek for AI explanations, Cloudflare for hosting, and possibly Google for ads and analytics. Their own terms and policies apply when their services are involved.
No warranty
Sudoku AI is provided "as is." I do my best to keep it working and correct, but I can't promise it'll always be available or error-free, and I'm not liable for any loss that comes from using it. It's a Sudoku site — please keep expectations and stakes appropriately low.
